Nuclear Energy The Disadvantages

Nuclear Energy is formed by a process called fission. it comes from inside the nucleus of an atom. when we bombard that nucleus into two, that's what creates the energy in nuclear energy.

An atom used to make nuclear energy

Nuclear energy is a nonrenewable resource along with many others such as coal, oil, and natural gas. Even though nuclear energy releases a huge amount of energy at a time, it is hard to harness and use over time.

Power plants used to control nuclear energy

Along with being extremely hard to control, it is also the most dangerous energy resource. if something goes wrong with the power plant, it could create a lethal explosion the equivalent to an atomic bomb.

and on top of all that, it is the most waste producing resource. even if everything goes right, this energy form still produces a massive amount of pollution into the surrounding environment.
