Wind Power

Wind power is the use of air flow through wind turbines to mechanically power generators for electric power

Solar Power

power obtained by harnessing the energy of the sun's rays.

Geothermal Power

Use the steam from the Earth to spin a turbine and then to use the spinning turbine to produce electricity.

Hydroelectric Power

Hydroelectric power uses the flow of water to spin a turbine and then producing the electricity from the turbine.

Using organic matter to be converted int enthonal and then into electricity and fuel for cars.

Propane works like coal when is is burned then that water vapor goes into a tube and then spinning a turbine

Natural Gas

Natural Gas is the gas that comes from inside of the Earth and is used to be burned to boil water in order to produce steam to spin a turbine and then from that tribune produce electricity

Coal is burned in facteirs to boil water and then use that steam to spin a turbine therefore producing power.

Uranium like other things is heated to extreme temputures heating large quantities of water therefore spinning a turbine producing giant amounts of energy.

alternative energy sources

Alternative energy is any energy source that is an alternative to fossil fuel

renewable energy

Any energy source that is renewable

nonrenewable energy

Something like coal that is not renewable in our lifetime.

energy transformation

The conversion of one type of energy to another.

Kenitic Enegy

Is the enegy produced from a moving object

Thermal energy is produced when friction is created because of other reactions of the heat is a direct by product of the poteintal energy

Potential enegy

Is the enegy held up in something the poteinal for it to have energy

or example elastic enegy is the poteintal energy held in the rubber when combined with gravitational potiael energy.
