Gluten Intolerant Options Program
The Gluten Intolerant Options Program (G.I.O.) was designed to allow students with a gluten dietary restriction to swipe for a gluten-free item at no-additional charge. Students on this program must submit proper documentation and be approved by the Campus Dietitian. Students not on this program can still get gluten-free items at dining locations by simply paying an additional fee.
Below is a list of locations on campus that offer a gluten-free item:
Tilley Student Center
Bella Trattoria: Gluten Free Pasta, Proteins, and Marina Sauce or Roasted Red Pepper Cream Sauce
Farmer's Field: Any Salad Combination Not Containing Gluten Options
Tres Habaneros: Burrito Bowl
Chick-Fil-A: 8-Count Grilled Nuggets and French Fries.
SubConnection: Gluten-Free Flatbread Upon Request.
Natural!: Classic or Refresher Smoothie / We Proudly Serve Starbucks: Coffee and a Gluten-Free Muffin
Montview Student Union
Argo Tea: Pomegranate Pistachio Raw Bar or Spiced Ginger Raw Bar. Either come with a Classic Tea or Brewed Coffee.
Garbanzo: Gluten-Free Pita Plate (Chicken, Rice, Lettuce, Cucumber/Tomato Salad, One Sauce)
Woodfire Pizza: 10" Personal Cheese, Pepperoni, or Veggie Pizza on Gluten-Free Crust.
StarGinger: Chicken or Vegetable Pho Noodle Bowl.
The Grid: Gluten-Free Salad
UFood Grill: Edamame Bowl and Burger on Gluten-Free Bun.
