Process of elimination - Our professional advantage is to save you money and time - we will follow a process of elimination of homes based on your requirements. You will receive listings pre-selected by your requirements. Focus will be: Location, Style, Condition and Price.
Be mentally prepared to make Offers - When seeing a house fitting your requirements at a 80% quote - this is the home you should make an offer on. Sometimes the house you see on the first day going out, will be the one. Don't overthink or hope to find something better. Most of my clients told me that "we should have bought the house we saw first". Time will not be in favor to you as the prices are going up approximately 1% per month.
