This Earth Day, we will be planting trees in honor of each participant who posts a photo of themselves completing an act of kindness with #EarthDayWQWay through EarthDay.org's Canopy Project.
We believe small steps can make a big difference.
We are inspiring our communities to get outside, do their part to keep our neighborhoods & waterways clean, enjoy nature, plant something green, and learn how to recycle right. Together, these small action steps can create a big impact to sustain our world.
Step 1: Plog or Plalk
Pick up litter while jogging/walking. Track your mileage. Share your photo with #EarthDayWQWay on social media!
Step 2: Recycle Right
Learn the rules of your community to sustain our world. Share how you recycle right and show off your #Toter recycle bin. Tag #EarthDayWQWay!

In addition to #EarthDayWQWay participants, Wastequip will also plant trees in honor of its more than 2,600 employees through a donation to EARTHDAY.ORG’s Canopy Project.
CORE: Our Corporate Responsibility
Wastequip’s Earth Day campaign is designed to support its corporate responsibility program, CORE, formalized to improve its employees’ lives and the communities in which it operates to maintain a healthy company. The CORE program outlines the company’s commitment to sustainability, diversity, and philanthropy.
Through CORE, Wastequip is modeling the way for others by working to source responsibly, reduce our carbon footprint, emissions, and energy use and through developing products with environmental benefits.
