I'm too busy. The gym is too crowded. I feel insecure about my body. It's raining. I'm tired. It's Monday. Memberships are expensive. I just want to relax today. I don't have a babysitter. I don't want to scrape the snow off my car. I'll start tomorrow.

You are capable of incredible things.

Do everything at home. Do it with me. I will give you that push, that consistent motivation, and all the exercises you need to get in shape, become stronger, get leaner, and be healthier than you've ever been. With my in-home personal training program, I will come to your house and personally coach you every step of the way. My program for you will be unique to your body and your goals. I specialize in three specific categories of people and they are:


Being a woman is hard work! I don't believe men and women should be trained in a cookie cutter format. We are more prone to fat in different places, our bodies respond better or worse to different types of exercise, and we (generally) have different goals than the average guy (especially if you're a mother, I have so much respect for you there!). For years, I have worked on training myself as well as my friends and family. By properly training, the results are remarkable. I know because I saw the transformation in myself. I know the process of losing weight, gaining muscle, and staying lean. Every woman is different, and so therefore every training program will be different. We will focus on getting the body you want by us working together.

Physically Disabled

This is a specialty very close to my heart. My husband is a C5-6 quadriplegic, is in a wheelchair, and is 100% of my motivation. If you've ever watched him work out, you'd understand why he's so motivating. He is the hardest worker, and pushes himself to his limits. I also have two years experience teaching fitness at Neuroworx, one of the top SCI, TBI, strokes, and other neurological condition facilities in the nation, and possibly one of the greatest places in the world. So much of my learning and growing comes from Neuroworx. I currently am the Adaptive Sports Supervisor for Salt Lake County as well as the strength and conditioning coach for wheelchair rugby. Anyone can achieve mental and physical health, regardless of whatever physical hardships you face. I want to be your trainer and your #1 supporter.


Fitness is extremely important as one gets older, and I want to make sure that everyone is given exercises and programs that specifically fit you, even if you have complex medical conditions, progressive diseases, etc. Being in shape can help prevent falls, helps improve stamina, muscles strength, and bone health, helps control swelling of joints and arthritis, can reduce blood pressure and reduce the likeliness of many chronic diseases. Fitness in older age is extremely important, and I can get you to be strong, healthy, and happy in your own home.

How it works

I think you deserve the very best. If you are interested, give me a call or email me (my contact information is below) and we will set up a free consultation. In this consultation, I want to get to know you. Tell me about yourself, what you want to work on, and your goals. I will give you an example on what a workout with me will look like.

You don't have to worry about having a big house, a lot of space, or any gym equipment. I will bring everything to your house each session. All that I ask is that we have approximately 6 ft by 6 ft of open space somewhere in your house. Sessions will be an hour long and we can work around your schedule.

I will personally design each workout to fit your ability and your goals. You can choose how often you would like to train with me. Usually this ranges from 1-4 days a week. In addition to our sessions, I will be there to give advice on nutrition, diet plans, and short exercises you can do on days we don't work together. I even send emails out that have fitness tips, recipes, and exercise ideas.

Pricing and Contracts

What's the best part about training with me in your home? There's no membership fees, no set up fees, and no hidden fees! In addition, my rates are typically cheaper than the majority of trainers at gyms, and I'll even come to you!

For the convenience of all my clients, I do have a very important cancellation policy. All appointments are prearranged and scheduled to work best for everyone. If for some reason you cannot make it to one of your appointments, a 24 hour notice is required or there may be a penalty fee. In the case of an emergency or sudden illness, there will be no charge. Please try to contact me if possible letting me know the situation.

My rates are:

$50 per session

$75 per couples or buddy session

Each session is one hour long. Additional time or add on requests will be worked out individually. Remember that this is fun! Don't stress, and let me handle everything. I can help distract the dog/cat or hold your baby all while helping you get fit. All my workouts vary based on you, but we will be doing strength training, resistance training, cardio, and HIIT (high intensity interval training) during our sessions.
