How it works
I think you deserve the very best. If you are interested, give me a call or email me (my contact information is below) and we will set up a free consultation. In this consultation, I want to get to know you. Tell me about yourself, what you want to work on, and your goals. I will give you an example on what a workout with me will look like.
You don't have to worry about having a big house, a lot of space, or any gym equipment. I will bring everything to your house each session. All that I ask is that we have approximately 6 ft by 6 ft of open space somewhere in your house. Sessions will be an hour long and we can work around your schedule.
I will personally design each workout to fit your ability and your goals. You can choose how often you would like to train with me. Usually this ranges from 1-4 days a week. In addition to our sessions, I will be there to give advice on nutrition, diet plans, and short exercises you can do on days we don't work together. I even send emails out that have fitness tips, recipes, and exercise ideas.
