"I have been a witness, and these pictures are my testimony. The events I have recorded should not be forgotten and must not be repeated." -James Nachtwey-
James Nachtwey is a war photographer who took photos in Afghanistan, Romania, Bosnia, South Africa, Kosovo, Pakistan, Rwanda, India, Chechnya, Israel, Indonesia, and even 9/11.
This is Afghanistan, where a brother mourns for killed loved one.
Romania - Nachtwey really likes to show the emotion in his photographs
Bosnia - Nachtwey works for National Geographic
South Africa - Nachtwey works with a canon EOS-1Ds mark II digital + canon 17-35 mm lens, 50 mm, and 20 mm
Kosovo - Nachtwey uses natural lighting because he is outside most of the time
Pakistan Heroin Addicts - Nachtwey was influenced by still photographers in Vietnam
Rwanda - I'm sure Nachtwey has some interesting stories, but I couldn't find any
India - I chose this Photographer because I wanted to see what war photography is like
