Islam Every soul will taste death

History: Islam was loosely based on the Christian and Jewish religions. Being based off of the christian religion they have many similar beliefs, but they also have many disagreements, for example; the Islams believe that Jesus was not the son of God, rather the spirit of God. It was officially "created" in the early 7th century C.E. in a desert community of Mecca. This religion was extended to the empires Byzantine and Sassanian, and not long after this many Indonesians converted in the 15th and 17th centuries.

Major Beliefs: Some of their major beliefs are Allah is the one and only God, and the 5 principles (pillars) generally declaring their faith; praying five times a day; fasting in the day light hours during the month of Ramadan; giving a share of there income for charity; and making a pilgrimage to Mecca at least once in their life time if they can afford it mentally, physically, or money wise.

The "bible" was called the Kuran. "Righteous is he who believes in Allah, the Last Day, the Angles, and the Prophet" Kuran (2:177)

They have many extravagant celebrations and holidays. Such as Ramadan, Eid al-Fitr, and Eid al-Adha.
