Happy Homecoming Week!

Conference Week

Sentinel Families! Next week we will be on a half-day schedule Monday through Friday. Teachers will be available for conferencing in the afternoon, and we will offer drop-in arena conferences from 5:30 to 7:00 PM on Tuesday, October 22, in the main gym. Our administration and counseling teams will also be available on Tuesday night to answer questions about assessment, college/career planning, and more! Additionally, we will offer Skyward training throughout the evening conferences in case if you have any questions about accessing and/or reading our new gradebook. Please do not hesitate to call or email us with questions. We hope we see you!

Please note, the 3:30 PM homework bus will not run next week due to the half-day schedule. Students should plan to depart campus at the conclusion of the school day, 11:05 AM. The 5:00 PM athletics bus will operate as usual for in-season athletes only.

NHS Tutoring

If your student is interested in additional academic support, our National Honor Society club offers FREE tutoring to all students each Friday at 2:15 PM in Room 203. All are welcome.

Counseling App

We are always looking for new and helpful ways to communicate with our students and their families. Our counseling staff has set up a Remind group that anyone can join to receive push notifications regarding counseling business on their phones. The content of the notifications is primarily designed for Running Start students, as they are not in our building to get the frequent reminders that our other students receive, however, it can't hurt to make sure that we are all on the same page. Students and families of any grade are welcome to join. And, it's free!

If you have a smartphone, open your web browser and go to rmd.at/c88668 and follow the instructions. If you don't use a smartphone, you can still get text notifications by texting @c88668 to the number 81010. Email notifications are available too upon request.
