Nuclear Waste by: ian ormand

We all know that Nuclear Waste can destroy environments and everything this toxic substance touches. But what does Nuclear Waste do to the human population's health? Nuclear Waste impacts the Human Population in two ways. It positively impacts us by providing energy for our homes and cities; however Nuclear Waste negatively impacts us by making a toxic sludge that will kill you if you are exposed to it.

Nuclear Waste gives off radiation, which when you are exposed to can destroy your DNA and can cause cancer. According to World Nuclear Association,” In the UK the total amount of radioactive waste is about, or around 5 million tonnes”(Rinkesh).
