Head Coach Greg Guilliams states that one characteristic that sets Beau apart from the rotation is his ability to remain calm. He commends him on his composure. Being the close out pitcher, Beau has become accustomed to coming into the game in tough situations. He never seems rattled. On more than one occasion he has secured a win for his team.
