Essential oils, when diffused or inhaled, can be very stimulating, calming or soothing. Diffusing essential oils can also cleanse and purify the air.

Safety: Do not put oils in eyes, ears, or up nose! Some oils including the Citrus oils are photosensitive... Avoid topical use 24 hours before sun exposure. Always drink out of stainless steel or glass when using essential oils rather than plastic. Dilute your essential oils with Fractionated Coconut Oil (FCO) or another carrier oil to ensure a positive experience.
Standard adult recipe for 10ml roller: 3-9 drops essential oils + FCO. Extra dilution for young children, elderly & individuals with sensitive skin is highly recommended.

Elizabeth Plant has been a practising aromatherapist for almost a decade and has been using essential oils since she was a teenager. She became a Wellness Advocate in 2016 and loves the dōTERRA brand for all it stands for - the quality, the purity, the ethics and the science. With confidence in the purity and quality of these essential oils she knows that they hold benefits for both her loved ones and her therapy and coaching clients.
She's a mother to a teenager, one dog and one hen and loves animals. She works as a health coach, supporting people with the right mindset and habit changes for wellness, and is also a remedial massage therapist and reflexologist.
