What is good food?Good Food is food that is not processed, has no chemicals in it, things you grow and things that give your body nutrients.
Good food is food that is home grown. When food is home grown, you know what is going into your body and knowing there is not any like nasty chemicals in it. It costs way less and you know what you're getting out of it. You know you are getting all of the good nutrients you should have/need.
Good food is food that doesn't have pesticides in it. When foods have pesticides in it, it slowly poisons your body. Pesticides get stored in your colon, and once they get into your colon, they began to poison you. Pesticides can lead to cancer, alzheimers diesease, ADHD, and even birth defects. It also harms a lot of systems in your body.
Good food is food that is organic. Organic is grown food without the use of like chemicals and pesticides, bad fertalizers. They are made from animals that weren't fed antibiotics or hormones. It also helps farmers when you go organice too!
Good food is food that offers you vitamins. When you eat foods with vitamins in it, you are at lesser risk to get chronic disease. Vitamins help keep your boding functioning, like your immune system, muscles, heart, blood and your eyes. The fresher your food is, the more higher the amounts of vitamins in that, will be.
Good food is food that has protein in it. When you eat protein, it helps your body build and repair tissues. Protein is the "building blocks" of your bones, muscles, crtilage, skin and bones. Not eating enough proetin can cause poor concentration, learning and ect. Some foods that have protein in it are: wildfish, raw milk and raw cheese.
Good food is food that is good for your brain. Some foods are: Avocados, walnuts, eggs and blueberries. All of these foods have vitamins in them. When you eat foods that are good for your brain, some can help stop alzheimers, help with helathy blood flow to brain, and also dementia.
Good food is food that is good for your skin. Eating foods that are good for your skin help fight aging skin, wrinkles and damaged cells. Some foods are: berries, tomatoes, green tea, brown rice, fish and seafood.
Good food is food that has family near. Having family near at dinner helps children not be truant, not get into drugs/alcohol, lets the children know the parents care about them. Kids are less likely to be depressed or self harm too.
Good food is food that gives you healthy energy. By healthy energy, I mean not drinking energy drinks. More like eating little bits of cheeses and an apple and getting the proper energy you need, and not just giving you like a little sugar rush where you're bouncing off the walls. It is good to have enough energy to not be sleepy/lazy throughout the day, but make sure you're getting your energy in the proper way.
Good food is food that gives you all of the calories you need. If you don't get all of the calories you need, it can be hard to lose weight and affects your health.
