The first rotation will be the games. The games will include, chess, two truths and one lie and painting. Three groups will be rotating through the games while another three groups rotation through activities.
The second rotation is activities. The activities that we will be doing is meditation, drawing and listening to your favourite music and other peoples favourite music.
The last rotation will be talking about your troubles and problems. In this activity we will be writing/drawing, and talking about each others fears. we will be writing about self esteem and any problems that people have to face.
The strategies that I have put to place will effect teenager and parents/teachers because the use of activities, games and talking about fears and problems can help but also improve people Mental Well Being.
