Check out what an employer had to say about the Sides E-Response:

"I've been using SIDES, for UI claims since January 2017. It has been so helpful having to do everything online. Before using the online tool, my response to claims was submitted through fax. It was difficult when having to fax over lots of paperwork for various reasons, the fax number was busy, submission didn’t go through, or some of the pages did not get faxed over. Having moved to online I was able to scan and upload knowing all my documents were in one pdf and went through. It allowed for me to write what I needed knowing that my handwriting would be legible, therefore, my response made sense to those reading. There were some hiccups when I first started but I see the improvement SIDES has made. It also makes it easy to keep an online file. Which declutters paperwork, more room for workspace. I truly value the SIDES online tool."
