Long Term ELs Students on the Bubble

Long term ELs are students who have been LEP for 5 or more years. Rocky River has 6 identified students who are "on the bubble" or very close to exiting LEP status.

Exit criteria: 4.0 in reading, 4.0 in writing, 4.8 Composite
GOAL: Improved ACCESS scores leading to exiting of these students.
How will we get there?

1. What are we doing to increase achievement for ELs? 2. How can we increase student engagement on the ACCESS test? 3. What kind of supports are being used in the classrooms so that ELs can access the content? 4. What obstacles will we face in exiting these students?
