V i d e o G a m e s From Fallout 4 to The Legend of Zelda

Everyone loves video games right? They can be relaxing or they can be a challenge for you to complete. They can bring emotions like joy, accomplishment, or adventure. The best part about them is all the varieties they come in! Now let me share some of my favorites! From Fallout 4 to the Legend of Zelda, here we go!

FALLOUT 4

The first game to introduce is Fallout 4. The Fallout series is based off of a world after WWII. However, history is altered to where nuclear war comes a decade after the war ends. The game starts with you and your family enjoying a life of limitless energy due to advancements in nuclear energy. Suddenly the newscaster warns of, "flashes, bright flashes." Then the T.V. cuts out and you and your family run to take shelter in the local vault. Once in the vault you and your family are frozen. You the charter wakes up years later to find your wife has been murdered and your son has been stolen.

Minecraft was created in 2009, by a man named Notch. It is an open-world sandbox game in which the only goal is to let your imagination flow. The worlds are infinitely and randomly generated You can change the terrain, mine, explore, fight dragons, build castles, anything you can imagine. It was a revolutionary idea and that is why it has survived for 9 years.

Need for Speed as a game series has been around for a long time. The first game was released in 1994. Since then the game has really taken off. A lot of titles have been released and with each one the graphics, police AI, and the maps have improved. In Need for Speed you play as a street racer whose goal is to become the number one most wanted driver. To do this you have to collect luxury vehicles, defeat other races, and above all else keep away from the police.

Strardew Valley is one of the more relaxing video games out there. This game is based off of retro farming simulator games like Harvest Moon. Stardew Valley invovles many activities you can take part in. You can fish, farm, make friends, and even mine. It's a very rich game filled with fun and adventure.

WORLD OF WARPLANES

World of Warplanes is a game all about dogfights. You play as a pilot that fights other planes and claims aerial objectives. This game is also chalked full of aerial warfare history. This is due to when you first begin the game you start with history's earliest warplanes. Throughout the game you can progress from biplanes all the way to jets.

THE LEGEND OF ZELDA

The Legend of Zelda Phantom Hourglass is the fourteenth main installment of The Legend of Zelda series. It is the first The Legend of Zelda game for the Nintendo DS and a direct sequel to The Wind Waker. The game begins with Link and his friend Tetra hunting down a ghost ship. Suddenly, things go wrong and Link is knocked unconscious right after his friend is captured. After that, you start your adventure to get your friend back using the Phantom Hourglass and collecting materials to create the Phantom sword.

The Legend of Zelda Spirit Tracks is the fifteenth main installment of The Legend of Zelda series. It is the second Zelda game for the Nintendo DS, revealed by Satoru Iwata. This game picks up right where Phantom Hourglass left off. Link and Tetra find a new land protected by the ancient spirit tracks. Tetra then founds a kingdom called Hyrule. 100 years later the kingdom is under attack from the demons and their train. Link most stop them once again.

The Legend of Zelda Ocarina of Time is the fifth main installment of The Legend of Zelda series and the first to be released for the Nintendo 64. It was one of the most highly anticipated games of its age. The game follows Link as he become the hero of time. It starts with Link as a child who is plagued nightmares of a man in clad black capturing Princess Zelda. Link travels to the temple of time here he is told that he is the hero time but he is too young. Link is the sealed in the temple for 7 years when he awakens he frees the seven sages of the land and with that power he takes on the veil Ganondorf and saves the princess.

Super Mario World was created in 1990 by game developing company Nintendo for the Super Nintendo Entertainment System. The game follows Mario's quest to save Princess Toadstool and Dinosaur Land from the evil Bowser and his children, the Koopalings. You play as Mario or his brother Luigi through a series of levels in which the goal is to reach the flagpole at the end. Super Mario World also introduced the iconic dinosaur Yoshi.

Super Mario Sunshine was created in 2002 by game developing company Nintendo for the Nintendo for the GameCube. It was the second 3D game in the Super Mario series. The game starts when Mario, Toadsworth, and Princess Peach take a vacation to the tropical Isle of Delfino. Suddenly, a villain called Shadow Mario, vandalizes the entire island, steals Princess Peach, and gets Mario blamed for it. Mario is ordered to clean up Isle Delfino, using a device called the Flash Liquidizer Ultra Dousing Device (F.L.U.D.D.), all while trying to save the Princess Peach from Shadow Mario.

Super Mario Galaxy was created in 2007 by the game developing company Nintendo. It is the third 3D game in the Super Mario series. The story focuses, on Mario, who is on a quest to rescue Princess Peach who was stolen during the Star Festival. At the same time Mario has to save the universe from Bowser. The levels in the game consist of galaxies filled with minor different planets. The main part of the game is the different variations of gravity. Another great part about the game is the soundtrack which was composed by Mahito Yokota and Koji Kondo, and it used a symphony orchestra for the first time in the series. Super Mario Galaxy was hailed as one of the greatest video games of all time, and it really is.
