New Rates

Starting January 1, all rates will increase; we are planning to expand into an adjacent office so that we can offer more services (community acupuncture, more massage, psyche services, etc.) and add more practitioners--thank you for all of your support and dedication!! We would not be where we are without YOU.

January Packages

After the New Year, we will be offering NEW packages incorporating the new prices. So stay tuned.

Thank you!

We are so grateful for your loyalty, kindness, dedication, and commitment. Thank you for helping us reach our goals and continue to grow as a business. HOliday health tips

Wellness Tip #1: The Holidays can be stressful and hectic--take a moment every day to be grateful! This can be done through a Gratitude Journal or taking some time twice a day to identify 5 things for which you are grateful.

Wellness Tip #2: Be mindful--Do you REALLY need to go to every single Holiday party? Or is it more beneficial for you to have a restful night at home? Listen to your body!

Wellness Tip #3: While celebrating, drink lots of water! With all the festive celebrations, it's easy to overindulge--staying hydrated will keep your tummy AND brain happy. Plus, drinking plenty of water while traveling helps ease any bloating or discomfort!
