NA Summit Updates ACSS Noida

ACSS Noida participated in Adobe summit for the first time. The platform was utilized to personally engage with 16 customer accounts worth ARR of over $2M. Customer Engagements included:

• Rishi Bhel, Gourav Arora & Anurag Goel represented ACSS in a series of individual customer meetings including the sales leadership & Adobe account teams (consulting, product consultants etc.). The team also partnered with Observepoint to connect with customers at their kiosk to discuss usage stats of Analytics & Solution audits

• These discussions led to probable upsell & cross sell opportunities worth ~$465K (including AGS consulting & training revenue) along with a new opportunity creation for Taco Bell

Michael Blum (AVP, NorthEast region) was part of the meetings with Nuance on AEM migration and Target & Analytics upsell opportunity. This is what he had to say about ACSS: “I love ACSS and Gourav a great deal…. I do not usually set customer’s expectations high but sharing an honest feedback about ACSS team as I feel very confident about them.”

We also used the opportunity to connect with some of our key stakeholders discussing a few deliverables. The discussions included:

Mari Cross (Director, Customer Success, Adobe Global Services) - Interested in Panorama & Usage Dash enhancements to include Partner info (collaborate with Erik Verbeek) & finalize Manager view

Christian Ridge (Director, Customer Success - Strategic, Media & FSI) - Shared positive feedback on Usage dash along with suggestions around including a default period, information around version types etc.

Vijayanta Gupta (Head of Product and Industry Marketing, EMEA) - Shared positive feedback for Panorama & requested enablement for his team with go live of Release 2

Christopher Parkin (Head of Industry Strategy and Marketing, Digital Marketing) - Interested to gain insights over Panorama & Usage alert for a potential use within his team.

Wendy Steinle (Director, Marketing Strategy & Operations, Digital Marketing) - She is driving Use Case conversations at Adobe & is interested in partnering with us to include “Use Case” messaging in 1:Many campaigns
