GOOGLE done by Paul leuzzi

Why Was The Name "Google" chosen?

The name "Google" has a very interesting origin. "Google" originates from a misspelling of the word "googol", the number 1 followed by 100 zeros, which was picked to signify that the search engine was intended to provide large quantities of information.

How Long Google been around for?

Google has been available to the public since August 19th, 2004. But it was actually released on 4th September 1998. It was founded in 1996 by Larry Page and Sergey Brin while they were Ph.D. students at Stanford University.

Does Google Have Anything Else Than a Search Engine?

Yes, Google has plenty of other applications than just the good ol' fashioned search engine such as; Google Drive (saves any work you do), Google Documents, and G-Mail.

Another oustanding product of sorts was the "Google Glass" which was a physical product for people to utelize. The Google Glass was a pair of spectacles (glasses) fitted with hands-free technology that was simiar to a smartphone but also a stylish accessory. Sadly, the Google Glass project was discontinued.
