Por favor no pague la consulta si su intención es solamente obtener información para llevar un caso usted mismo sin la ayuda de un abogado. Por cuestiones eticas no podemos responsabilizarnos de casos que nosotros no estemos manejando.

DONDE Y CUANDO TENDRA LUGAR LA CONSULTA?

Por motivo de distanciamiento social solamente estamos realizando citas a distancia. No se preocupe porque atendemos en todo EU. Nuestra oficina se encuentra en el corazon de EU, en Kansas City, Missouri. Las citas realizaran por telefono, SKYPE o Zoom. Si su cita es por telefono usted debera llamar a nuestro despacho 5 minutos antes de su cita. Si esta llamando de fuera de EU y no quiere gastar por la llamada, pida que le llamemos nosotros el dia de la cita. Si su cita es por SKYPE usted debera llamar 5 minutos antes y darnos su nombre de usuario o email de SKYPE y la abogada iniciara la video-llamada. Si quiere que su cita sea por Zoom solicitelo el dia que programe la cita y le enviaremos el codigo por email unos minutos antes de su cita. Las citas deberan ser pre-pagadas utilizando una tarjeta de credito al momento de programarla. Usted puede hacer su cita directamente en esta pagina o puede llamar a nuestra oficina y le ayudaremos a programarla.

QUIEN SE PRESENTA A LA CONSULTA?

El aplicante o posible inmigrante deberá estar presente en la consulta, ya sea en persona o por teléfono. Si el aplicante o posible inmigrante no está en los Estados Unidos la consulta no puede llevarse a cabo personalmente. Es preferible que el peticionario esté también presente cuando es una petición familiar. Para consultas personales el espacio es limitado, así que sólo el aplicante o posible inmigrante y el peticionario podrán entrar a la consulta.

No se permitirá la entrada de otras personas como acompañantes.

CUAL ES LA POLITICA DE REEMBOLSOS?

No hay garantía de que el despacho tomará su caso. La consulta no será reembolsada si el despacho decide no tomar el mismo. Si el despacho decide aceptar su caso, el costo de la consulta será descontado del monto total de honorarios de abogado, siempre y cuando se nos contrate dentro de los 30 días siguientes a la fecha de la consulta.

CANCELACIONES: Si necesita cancelar o re-programar su cita debera hacerlo directamente del correo electronico de confirmacion o llamando a la oficina al menos 24-horas antes de la cita programada. Si no recibimos notificacion de la cancelacion o del cambio nuestro despacho cobrara la cuota de consulta en su totalidad por el tiempo que la abogada ha separado de su horario para revisar su caso.

WHAT ARE THE APPOINTMENT FORMATS AVAILABLE?

Due to COVID-19 we are only scheduling appointments via phone, skype or Zoom. If your appointment is a phone appointment, you must call our office 5 minutes before the appointment time. If your appointment is via SKYPE, you must call prior to the appointment to give us your SKYPE user name and the attorney will initial the video-call. If you prefer Zoom, our office will email you the meeting code a few minutes before the scheduled appointment. All appointments must be pre-paid using a credit card. You may schedule your appointment using our website or you may call our office and our assistant will help you schedule it.

WHO SHOULD COME TO THE APPOINTMENT?

The applicant or potential immigrant must be present during the consultation, either in person or by phone. If the applicant or potential immigrant is not in the United States the consultation may not happen in person and a phone appointment will have to be scheduled. We prefer that the petitioner is also present when the case is a family immigration petition.

No other individuals, such as children will be permitted to attend an in-person consultation. Please do not discuss matters not related to your case as they will not be answered and will only take up time from your consultation.

If you must bring children to the office, you must also bring a babysitter to stay with the children while you go into the attorney’s office. If there is no one to watch your children the appointment will be cancelled.

CANCELLATION AND REIMBURSEMENT POLICY

No refunds will be given once the consultation begins. We cannot guarantee that the attorney will take your case and the consultation fee will not be reimbursed if the attorney decides not to take your case. If the attorney decides to take your case the cost of the consultation will be credited towards the total cost of the case, if you enter into a contract with us within 30 days of the consultation.

CANCELLATIONS: If you wish to cancel or reschedule your appointment you must either cancel directly from your email notification or call us 24-hours prior to your appointment. If we don’t receive notice within 24-hours, our office will charge a fee equal to the amount of the consultation fee for the amount of time that they attorney has set aside to review your case.
