The Word is out to Start Working Out Megan MacDowall

RESIDENTIAL COLLEGE FRESHMEN AT LIBERTY UNIVERSITY SHOULD BE REQUIRED TO WORKOUT BECAUSE IT INCREASES A HEALTHY LIFESTYLE AND CREATES PROFITABLE HABITS EVEN IN THE MIDST OF A BUSY SCHEDULE.

Freshmen typically do not involve themselves in beneficial habits when entering college, and so it is important that they implement working out into their schedules.

When college students constantly eat junk food, this is an example of not practicing a healthy lifestyle.

Healthy decisions are important to develop in college and exercising is an excellent habit to begin, even in the midst of a busy life.

Working out as college freshmen will enable the students to develop wise habits such as taking a break and exercising, and they will also implement a healthy lifestyle into their schedules.
