My plan

Realistic

It is realistic to lose about one pound a week

I gave myself ten weeks plus two "buffer weeks" to make sure I have enough time to achieve my goal

Timeline

"A goal should be grounded within a time frame. With no time frame tied to it there’s no sense of urgency." Pg.

One pound a week

To stay on track with my goal I will have to lose about one pound every week
