The B. I. Moody III College of Business Administration is a vibrant learning community in a culturally rich region. We foster intellectual curiosity, creativity, and innovation to produce a seasoned gumbo of successful professionals, scholars, and global citizens.

Our undergraduate business program has been AACSB accredited since 1997.

We are part of 5% of business schools worldwide with The Association to Advance Collegiate Schools of Business (AACSB) accreditation. This accreditation insures that students receive a top-quality business education, and also lets employers know that our graduates are ready to perform from day one. This distinction also allows the B.I. Moody College of Business to attract higher quality students, greater research opportunities, and receive global recognition.

The Moody College of Business awards over 180 scholarships each year totaling over $224,000.

In the heart of UL Lafayette right across from the Moody Building where business classes are held, there is a swamp-like lake called Cypress Lake. This unique landmark is also nicknamed "The Swamp", and the surrounding sitting areas are frequented by students enjoying the view.

The Princeton Review recognizes the UL Lafayette’s MBA program as among the best in the nation. The education services company profiled the program among its “Best Business Schools 2018.” The Princeton Review has recognized the MBA program in this list since 2008. Earlier this year, CEO Magazine rated UL Lafayette’s MBA program among the top 68 in North America. The designation put the MBA and EMBA programs on the international business magazine’s top tier lists.
