- 高筋麵粉Strong bread flour 350g
- 快速酵母Instant yeast 6g
- 糖Sugar 55克
- 鹽Salt 5克
- 雞蛋漿Liquid yolk 55g
- 牛奶Milk 125ml
- 牛油(置室溫放軟) Butter 30g
- 剁碎蒜蓉、牛油及鹽少許攪均備用 Mixed sliced onion, butter and salt for preparation
做法 Methods
- 把所有材料混合。Mix all ingredients together.
- 待發酵45分鐘,分麵糰每粒60克。Let rest for 45 mins and then divide the dough into 60g each.
- 把麵團搓圓型,然後麵糰正中剪十字。Knead the dough into round shapes and cut a cross on top.
- 再發酵45分鐘,麵糰面掃上雞蛋漿。Let rest again for 45 mins then slather egg yolk across dough.
- 放蒜蓉牛油於麵糰中央。Place mixed sliced onion, butter and salt on top of the dough.
- 焗爐預熱200°,入焗爐12-15分鐘即可。Pre-heat oven at 200° and bake dough in the oven for 12-15 mins.
