情人節簡單DIY食譜 自家製蒜蓉包 Homemade Onion Bread

材料 Ingredients

  • 高筋麵粉Strong bread flour 350g
  • 快速酵母Instant yeast 6g
  • 糖Sugar 55克
  • 鹽Salt 5克
  • 雞蛋漿Liquid yolk 55g
  • 牛奶Milk 125ml
  • 牛油(置室溫放軟) Butter 30g
  • 剁碎蒜蓉、牛油及鹽少許攪均備用 Mixed sliced onion, butter and salt for preparation

做法 Methods

  1. 把所有材料混合。Mix all ingredients together.
  2. 待發酵45分鐘,分麵糰每粒60克。Let rest for 45 mins and then divide the dough into 60g each.
  3. 把麵團搓圓型,然後麵糰正中剪十字。Knead the dough into round shapes and cut a cross on top.
  4. 再發酵45分鐘,麵糰面掃上雞蛋漿。Let rest again for 45 mins then slather egg yolk across dough.
  5. 放蒜蓉牛油於麵糰中央。Place mixed sliced onion, butter and salt on top of the dough.
  6. 焗爐預熱200°,入焗爐12-15分鐘即可。Pre-heat oven at 200° and bake dough in the oven for 12-15 mins.
