Climate change is a growing and evolving topic, so it’s important to clearly communicate topics and their gravity. As scientists learn more about the changing climate, that new information has to be relayed to the general population, so do so in a way that is easy to read and also easy to empathize with for your reader. Use imagery, layman’s terms (or clear definitions) in your language, and calls to action to promote change.

Be playful with the way you organize the chart, including the choice of line or arrow that leads from one section to the next, and how you organize those sections.
